How to cancel, or switch between monthly and annual
Cancelling
Go to Settings, Billing, and open the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period, so you keep full access for the time you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again.
Your data after cancelling
Saved audiences, reports and comparisons are retained, not deleted. Resubscribe and everything is where you left it. If you want your data gone entirely, you can delete your account from Settings and we remove it.
Switching billing interval
Monthly and annual are the same plan with the same features. Annual is €349 charged once a year, which works out €119 less than twelve months of €39. Switch from the billing portal in Settings; the change is prorated by Stripe automatically.
